Here, you can refer a family residing in Yamhill, Polk or Marion County who is dealing with an acute life-threatening medical illness. The patient can be the parent or a child. If the patient is a parent, they must have a child who is 18 years or younger living in the home. Seeds of Hope would love the opportunity to bring joy and encouragement to them during their journey.
