Join us at the “Go Be Great” Jiu Jitsu Camp

We are so excited to introduce you to the world and art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) in a brief introductory camp. Have you ever wondered what to do if you’re attacked or physically? Have you ever felt like maybe you would want to know how to defend yourself if someone put their hands on you or someone close to you?

‌We will be spending the first day focusing on BJJ foundations- some basic jiu jitsu movements that will open the doors to the endless submissions. Day 2 will focus on an introduction to submissions, what they are and how they play a very important role in BJJ, whether it’s for hobby and leisure, or self-defense. By the end of day 2, our goal is for each of our camp members to understand that jiu jitsu truly serves everyone, no matter your gender, age, size, or shape.
Jiu Jitsu is the most active martial art. It’s present in our day to day lives through self-defense opportunities, MMA fighting, and just the practice of BJJ as a hobby. This is not your average martial art and spending a few hours with us over a couple of days will give you a very small, but exciting view into the functionality, effectiveness and excitement of BJJ.

‌We can’t wait to have you on our mats!
