General Information

The “See Ya Later” Foundation’s Culinary Competitions are exciting and engaging events designed to inspire young, aspiring chefs through a series of cooking challenges. Focused on promoting creativity and culinary skills, these events offer kids the chance to showcase their talents.

The “Go Be Great” competitions will feature a range of enjoyable and delicious categories, encouraging participants to think creatively and push their culinary boundaries. Key events include:

Gingerbread House Competition: In this sweet challenge, kids will have the chance to design and decorate their own gingerbread houses using candy, icing, and other edible materials. It’s the perfect opportunity for young chefs to showcase their artistic talents and get into the holiday spirit.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Competition: Participants will compete to craft the most inventive, tasty, and visually stunning peanut butter and jelly creations. This event invites kids to think beyond the traditional sandwich and explore new and exciting ways to reinvent this classic dish.

Additional competitions may cover a wide array of culinary challenges, from savory snacks to delightful desserts, offering kids the chance to learn and grow while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow young chefs.

These events are about more than just competition—they’re a celebration of fun, confidence-building in the kitchen, and the development of a lifelong passion for cooking. With the See Ya Later Foundation’s support, the event highlights the importance of nurturing creativity and fostering a love of food in young people.
