Waylon’s goal is to create more opportunities for our youth! He has a passion to see our youth engaged, motivated, off their screens and into being active and learning new skills. Students from all over Yamhill County and beyond will be able to participate in our Youth Camps and various Youth Competitions throughout the year.
Hi, I’m Waylon Zabriskie, and I am thrilled to step into the role of Youth Outreach Director for the “See Ya Later” Foundation. It’s an honor to be part of an organization that is so deeply committed to empowering young people in our community through sports, creativity, and personal growth. My mission is to build on the incredible foundation already in place by creating even more opportunities for kids to engage, learn, and thrive.
I’ve always been passionate about helping youth discover their potential—whether it’s on the field, in the studio, or through new experiences that challenge and inspire them. In today’s world, where screens often dominate our time, I’m excited to encourage kids to step outside, be active, and develop skills that will serve them for a lifetime. Through our camps and competitions, I hope to foster an environment where every participant feels supported, motivated, and empowered to dream big.
From soccer and basketball to art and culinary camps, I’ll be working hard to ensure these programs are accessible and impactful for families across Yamhill County and beyond. Whether it’s helping a young athlete refine their skills or introducing a child to a new passion, my goal is to make every camp a memorable experience that strengthens not only abilities but also character.
I can’t wait to meet the amazing kids and families who make up this community. Together, we’ll create opportunities that inspire growth, build confidence, and leave lasting memories. See you at camp!
Board ofDirectors
The “See Ya Later” Foundation board of directors was created in 2001 to honor a young man and his dream. Over the last several years they have worked together to build an indoor play area called Scotty’s Playhouse, provide sports camps for 100′s of kids, college scholarships for local high school seniors, and support for families in need during a life-threatening medical crisis.
